About me…

Hi, I'm Jenna.

I've spent most of my career sitting with people in difficult moments — listening, advocating, and believing wholeheartedly that each person is the true expert on their own life.

I began as a mental health clinician, working in therapeutic programs with young people and adults. That work shaped something in me that has never left — a deep conviction that healing happens when people feel genuinely heard, not managed or prescribed to.

From there I moved into public health policy and research, drawn by a desire to understand the bigger picture — the social structures and pressures that shape our health, particularly for women. My Master of Public Health specialised in Gender and Women's Health, and the more I learned, the more I understood how profoundly those structures can disconnect us from ourselves — from our bodies, our instincts, our own inner knowing. But I missed sitting across from people and supporting them on their journey. Kinesiology brought it all together.

I was drawn to Kinesiology because I believe we are the experts in our own health —
Kinesiology trusts that completely.

I also believe there is more to our wellbeing than western medicine alone can see or measure. The physical, emotional, mental and energetic layers of our experience are all connected — and Kinesiology is a gentle way to balance stress across all of these layers. When we tend to our health as a whole person, something profound can shift.

I also came to this work personally. As a mum to three beautiful kids, juggling career and the relentless pace of modern life, I have experienced first hand stress related illness, burnout and losing connection with myself. Kinesiology has been part of my own path back — supporting my physical health, overall wellbeing and connecting with my purpose. That lived experience quietly informs everything I do. I'm passionate about sharing this path with others.

If any of this resonates with you, I'd love to meet you.
